Getting started

How do I earn? Connect your TikTok (Account page), pick a pool on the Songs page, post an edit that uses the campaign's exact sound, submit the link. After a moderator approves it, your video's view count above the submission-time baseline earns money at the pool's rate per 1,000 views.

When do I get paid? Earnings sit in "Pending" for the campaign's hold period (usually 7 days), then move to "Available" on the Cashout page. Minimum withdrawal is shown on the form. You can be paid via PayPal or USDT (TRC20/ERC20/Polygon).

Why did my views stop counting? Either the pool ran out of money (the meter on the song page shows you how full it is) or the campaign's end date passed. Views after that moment earn nothing - a final snapshot is taken.

Account & sign-in

How do I sign in? Any linked method: Google, Discord, TikTok, or the email+password you registered with. All of them open the same NovaStar account - link them once on the Account page.

I signed up with TikTok but have no password. TikTok does not share your email with us, so set a real contact email on the Account page (required for payout emails), then you can also use "Set password" to log in with email.

Is my TikTok password visible to NovaStar? No. TikTok sign-in happens on TikTok's own page (official Login Kit); we only receive your public profile fields and video stats through the official API. Tokens are stored encrypted.

Rules & safety

What counts as fraud? Buying views, reusing other creators' videos, wrong sound, or one TikTok account linked to multiple NovaStar profiles. Flagged submissions are reviewed by a moderator and can be rejected without payment.

Do I need to label my video as an ad? Yes - a funded pool is paid promotion: enable TikTok's promotional-content toggle and follow the disclosure rules for your country (see Disclosure rules).

Can I submit the same edit to two songs? No. One edit belongs to one song's pool, and one TikTok account belongs to exactly one NovaStar profile.
