By using NovaStar you agree to these terms. NovaStar is a platform that matches labels funding promotional pools with independent video editors. Editors are independent contractors, not employees. Earnings depend on verified views and available pool funds; NovaStar does not guarantee any minimum income. Payments are made via the payout methods supported on the site. Fraud, artificial view inflation, or misrepresenting ownership of an account leads to forfeiture of earnings and account termination. These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada.
